Creating something bespoke is full of options. It can get overwhelming.
I've tried to anticipate many of the questions you may have below. Keep a list of any others you come up with and we can cover them during our consultation call.

STEP #1
THE DESIGN SURVEY
Your first step is to take the the Design Survey.
Please do this before scheduling your consultation.
Your responses will help me brainstorm your piece and prepare appropriately for our meeting.
STEP #2
THE CONSULTATION
Before design work begins, we will have a 15 to 30 minute video chat to discuss your preferences and how we can best memorialize their loved one on your commissioned jewelry. We will also use this time to work through any questions you may have.
Consultations are held via Google Meet.
PREPARE FOR CONSULTATION
STEP #3
DESIGN & APPROVAL
MOCKUP & REVISIONS
Based on your survey responses, a preliminary design and digital mock-up of the jewelry will be created.
From here, I get to work digitizing your personal details and piecing them together into a rendering of your final product.
You will receive mockups and collaborate with feedback.
Five revisions request may be made without incurring additional costs.
APPROVAL & INVOICING
Once you love the final design you will pay the remaining balance to initiate production.
From here, it’s up to me to saw, shape, solder, and set your heirloom before packing it up for it’s journey home to you.
FAQS
The base price of my one of a kind memorials is $575. Certain design choices will raise the price.
These will be clearly defined in the design survey so you have an understanding of how your choices affect price.
Installments are available on request.
All commissions must be paid in full prior to shipment.
Currently the estimate time on the waitlist is: 2-4 weeks
Once your deposit is accepted and design work begins, the turnaround time in studio is roughly 4-6 weeks.
Custom commissions are final sale.
Days will be spent digitally building your design and seeking your guidance before ever moving to the bench where the metal is handcrafted to your exact specifications. The result is one of kind and completely personal to you.
That said, there are two points of exit in a commission transaction.
During the first design phase (survey and consultation), if it comes to light that I may not be the best artist for your project, I will happily refund your deposit and we can part ways.
Once a project has entered digital design and mockups, your deposit becomes non-refundable. You do still have the choice to walk away (less the deposit) without proceeding to production.
After you've approved the design and it has entered production, the full purchase price is non-refundable.
STEP #4
PRODUCTION
You've done your part and I'll take it from here. During production I will collect our materials and get to work handcrafting your heirloom. I'll likely film along the way so keep an eye on social media for sneak peeks at the birth of your piece.

RECEIVE & SHARE
Your piece is polished, packaged and ready to go!
You'll receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has left the studio. All pieces are shipped via US Postal Service Ground, insured with a signature required on delivery.
